→ Who is your favourite person to cosplay as?
Um... probably one of my more recent ones. I'd have to say either Len or Minato because I love them both so much. There's a lot of things I'd love to change about my Minato cosplay, but I'll get to that some day soon. I really want it to be a cosplay that I'll continually work on and improve on. Then there's Len...who I just love because there are so many versions and outfits--that, and posing with him is never a bore because he's not stoic like Minato who just stands there like :I with each and every picture. Lmfao.

There...are a lot of people I really want to cosplay as. Just...it's a huge list and I feel horrible because I know I might not get to them for a very long time lmao.
Wanijima Akito [AIR GEAR], because blue hair and extreme moe is just irresistable.
Eva-Beatrice [UMINEKO NO NAKU KORO NI], because I just want to shout, "Just give up and die already!"
Shia [PITA-TEN], because that's one of the verrryyy first cosplays I've wanted to do and I still want to do it because her outfits are so adorable.

→ How many of your friends cosplay?
A couple from school, a couple out of school, and a lot of friends online. I can't give you an exact number, but it's not too uncommon amongst my friends.
→ Have you ever walked around in public in your cosplay outfit?
Yes! It's actually one of the things I love the most about cosplaying. Usually after a convention, ~sakurachan24, ~pheonix-cat and I will go to dinner at a restaurant away from the convention area...in cosplay. I don't...recall having done it for awhile, but we've had some pretty special moments eating out in cosplay. I still want to go buy groceries or go to the mall in full cosplay though.
→ Have people in public ever recognized you and asked for photos?
I...don't think so. Unless you count the time that I dressed up as Rukia for Halloween and had people going "OMG UR DAT BLECH GIRL!!" Uhm. Yeah.
→ Have you ever made your own cosplay outfit?
I make all of mine, which explains why they look like shit the majority of the time. Me and my sewing machine don't get along as well as I'd like to.
→ When and where did you first learn of cosplay?
Online? I always had the thought like, "Wouldn't it be cool if we could dress up like our favorite characters?" But back then, I didn't know a whole hobby existed based on that. So when I stumbled on cos.com and people talking about cosplay on Gaia (lol) then I just...got sucked into it. Rofl.

Conventions. Photoshoots? Even though they go hand in hand most of the time because we usually shoot AT the convention. I don't know lmao.

→ Do you plan your cosplay outfits waaay before you’re meant to wear them?
Technically, yes. I have a huuuge list of people I want to cosplay some day but I'm a little fickle with my fandoms. I'll be REALLY into something one day, but then just like "oh, I like that series!" the next day. Doesn't mean I won't cosplay them, it just means I'll have to rekindle my love for certain characters.

→ What is the best thing about cosplay?
Photoshoots. To be honest I'm not very fond of pictures. But for some reason, I'm okay with it when it comes to cosplay. Plus photoshoots are just really fun. You get closer with everyone because you chat and shoot at the same time, and then seeing them after they're edited and stuff is really fun too. The results are always proof that whatever effort you put into making the outfit was really worth it.
→ What is the worst thing about cosplay?
Wig caps. I can't tell you how many times I've had to tough out a raging headache because of these fuckers. It's...not like I have a big head or that I don't stretch them enough either because ~sakurachan24 and ~pheonix-cat get them sometimes too... LOL. Maybe it's our wig caps...? Either way, they are horrible because they cause the mose horrible headaches ever.
→ Why do you cosplay?
It's a really neat hobby. I like seeing how stuff is made. Things that look simple...like jackets, are harder than they seem and it's just fun searching for fabric and stuff, too. I mean...sure, there's stress along the way but the overall process of making an outfit is very fun. I suppose I cosplay because I like how people make their own outfits and show others their talents and skills. Looking like the character is a bonus too--it's a neat hobby with all sorts of interesting perks.
